We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Buy now, pay later is available for PayPal in 4.
Hampers
How do I create my own hamper?
Easy! Add this DIY Hamper to your cart and anything in our shop that you think will tickle your friend or loved one's fancy. Our gift boxes can fit 6-8 products depending on the size of the products. Add a special message when you check out and we'll pack everything up in our signature gift box with eco-friendly greenwrap and wood wool to ensure your present is delivered safe and sound.
What if I want to deliver hampers to multiple addresses?
Contact us at hello@smallbatchprovidore.com.au with your order details and delivery addresses and we'll organise this for you.
Can I send a hamper at a later date?

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $129 are eligible for free Standard Shipping* to Metro and Regional areas.
For orders weighing less than 5kg - delivery Australia wide to Metro and Regional areas is $12.95 for Standard Shipping and $17.95 for Express Shipping.
* For orders weighing more than 5kg - there is an additional $5 fee to cover additional costs charged by Australia Post and couriers.
For orders to Rural locations - there is an additional $5 fee to cover additional costs charged by Australia Post. See below for a list of postcodes classified as a Rural locations by Australia Post.
Please note: Gift Cards values do not count towards free shipping.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped with a courier service or Australia Post depending on your location.
Express Shipping orders are all sent out via Australia Post.
Please note deliveries throughout Australia are currently experiencing delays due to increased volumes.
What happens if my box is delivered damaged?
Small Batch Providore are not responsible or liable for any delay to delivery or damage caused while your order is in transit.
If your delivery is damaged in transit please email us at hello@smallbatchprovidore.com.au within 24 hours with supporting photos.
Please note for parcels sent via Australia Post, the damaged parcel with its packaging must be presented to a post office for them to assess the damage. They will not accept photos as proof of damage. More information can be found on the Australia Post website.
What happens if I’m not home when my order delivers?
If you wish to provide Authority to Leave the package at a safe location at your premises, please leave us a note at checkout or email us at hello@smallbatchprovidore.com.au.
If you are not home when your order is delivered, a collection card will be left for you to organise collection or re-delivery at a time that suits you.
Please note the collection or re-delivery timeframes allowed by the courier or Australia Post for collection or re-delivery. If a package is returned to us for non-delivery, a redelivery fee will be applicable.
What postcodes are considered Rural?
For orders to Rural locations - there is an additional $5 fee to cover for additional costs charged by Australia Post.
