Based just north of Bundaberg in sunny Queensland, Bundaberg Prawn farm is a family-run aquaculture operation producing black tiger prawns. The high quality of the prawns they raise means that they are sold both locally and internationally. These are the prawns that go into their signature XO Prawn Sauce.
