About the Maker

Cunliffe & Waters was originally established in 1996 by Amanda Cunliffe with a philosophy to create each batch as if they were making some jars for themselves with a few left over for friends. All Cunliffe & Waters' goods are made in small batches to capture the pure flavours of the best possible ingredients. In keeping with their handmade philosophy and affiliation with Yarra Valley growers, they try to source as much local produce as possible.

Since 2017, Simone and Joshua O'Dea have taken over the kitchens and grown the range from strength to strength. Having worked for Amanda for over 20 years, there was no one better than Simone to continue the philosophy, values and legacy of Cunliffe & Waters.
