Byron Bay Crackers
Byron Bay Crackers' story began with a traditional recipe for the Danish seeded flat bread know as Knækbrød (Knaekbroed). A version of this simple recipe was passed between generations of friends and family across the world.
For founders Sarah and Mark, their variation of this Knækbrød recipe started off in their home kitchen in Bangalow, Australia in 2015 making this for their family and friends who soon became addicted to the crackers' slightly salted flavour and crispy texture.
This soon evolved and in 2017, Byron Bay Crackers was born with their Salt & Seed Cracker. This ever popular original along with their Paprika & Chilli and Rye & Caraway variations continue to be sold around Byron Bay and across Australia.
