JimJam Foods
JimJam is a consummate producer of high quality preserves and condiments that it all about the taste and flavour created by Steven van den Bergh. As they put it - it's "all about the food" and about the "comfort of rekindled childhood memories of food forgotten".
Steven is the man behind the brand - the recipe creator who lovingly chops, mixes, heats, stirs, bottles and labels their range of goods all year long. Steven's partner in crime, Maggie Mackenzie, takes care of the customer side.
From classic jams and relishes, through to the innovative and sublimely flavoured baked beans meal-in-a-jar. Production of the entire JimJam range is carried out in their commercial on-farm kitchen.
The JimJam farm is called Avant Yarde - a 60 acre farm situated at Stanley in the alpine region of North East Victoria which is home to two cats, hundreds of birds, a flock of marauding wild sheep and more kangaroos, koalas, wombats, wallabies and echidnas than you could poke a stick at.
