After over fourteen years of fine dining experience, Joshua believed that a hot sauce should enhance a meal, not mask it. For him, it is about the flavour, not just the heat.

Each bottle of Old Bones Chilli Co Hot Sauce is lovingly hand crafted from start to finish - cooked, bottled and labelled by hand. Not only that, but every bottle of hot sauce is vegan friendly and gluten free.
