Tweed Real Food

This 5th generation Australian farming family is a family of 4, Farmer Dad, Mum (Jill of all trades) & 2 small children. Living the ethos 'paddock to plate' and where possible 'seed to plate', the Foyster family grows a wide variety of produce from avocados, macadamias, lychees, watermelons, pumpkins to sugar cane.

With their home farm in Northern New South Wales and other family farms in Pretty Gully (Tabulam), Hogarth Range (Casino), and on the Atherton Tablelands, Far North Queensland, they have born the brunt of climate challenges over the years in the form of floods, bush fires, hail and one of the worst droughts in Australia's farming history.

To weather the storm, keep putting food on her family's plate and to follow her passion for clean cooking free from additives, Julia created Tweed Real food.

Her artisan range of all natural seasonings, herbs, spices, salts and balsamic vinegars are 100% hand made with love, respect and passion using only the best quality and all natural ingredients to create outstanding flavours, blended to perfection. Real food doesn't have ingredients, real food is ingredients.
