Roasted macadamia and Swiss dark chocolate, and they happen to be gluten free. Baked by hand in small batches by Kuranda Cookies with real butter and free range eggs, they're rich and nutty, and a good match for a long black.

These are also a great one to warm up. Give a cookie 10 seconds in the microwave and the chocolate goes soft and gooey. Then sit down and ignore everyone for five minutes.

gluten free flour, sugar, almond meal, butter, dark chocolate (10%), canola oil, macadamia nuts (5%), eggs, vanilla extract.

About the Maker

Kuranda Cookies was founded in 1992 in a home kitchen by Thelma and Jeff, based on a well loved family recipe. These delicious cookies are made from scratch with hand-picked local ingredients.

Kuranda Cookies is now run by Jonathan and Tip Cowie, who also own Wondaree Macadamia Nuts. Tip is the head baker, and the cookies are handmade with real butter, free range eggs and Swiss chocolate.
