This one has a bit of attitude. Ginger brings the kick, lemon brings the zing, and Kuranda Cookies bake it all by hand in small batches with real butter. It's a sharper, livelier cookie than your average biscuit tin pick.

Bright and zingy, it's a good one for a pot of tea or alongside a cold ginger beer on a hot day. Also handy for anyone who finds most biscuits a bit boring.

About the Maker

Kuranda Cookies was founded in 1992 in a home kitchen by Thelma and Jeff, based on a well loved family recipe. These delicious cookies are made from scratch with hand-picked local ingredients.

Kuranda Cookies is now run by Jonathan and Tip Cowie, who also own Wondaree Macadamia Nuts. Tip is the head baker, and the cookies are handmade with real butter, free range eggs and Swiss chocolate.
