Little Tin Co's Port Lincoln Sardines in Tasmanian Pepperberry, Black Lime & Olive Oil are Australian sardines, canned right here in Australia. They're coated in crushed Tasmanian pepperberry and black lime (boiled, salted, then dehydrated) for pepper and intense citrus notes, then finished in Australian olive oil.

Pile them onto buttered sourdough, flake them through a lemony pasta, or put the tin on a platter with olives and crackers. Once opened, cover, refrigerate and use within 1 to 2 days.
