Old Bones Chilli Co

Spiced Chilli BBQ Sauce

Product Information

Old Bones Chilli Co's award-winning Spiced Chilli BBQ Sauce is not your typical supermarket BBQ sauce. It's a bold, complex condiment with a sweet, smoky depth and a perfectly balanced kick of heat, made to lift your grilling game. Heat level: mild.

Made in small batches, it goes well beyond basic sweetness. Rich molasses, subtle tartness, deep smoky notes (natural hickory essence, sweet paprika and mace) and a nice spicy kick from cayenne chilli (12.8%). Sophisticated enough for competition-level cooking, easy enough for a weeknight dinner.

The awards back it up: Gold at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show 2025, Silver at the Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards in 2025 and 2026 (Savoury Preserves), Silver for BBQ Sauce at the International Flave Awards 2026, and Bronze in the BBQ Sauce Mild category at the Fiery Food Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas in 2026.

Use it on ribs, burgers, wings, brisket or steak, brush it on during the last few minutes on the grill, or glaze a pork or beef roast with it. Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening.
