Old Bones Chilli Co's Sweet & Smoky Chilli Jam is an old family recipe, a gentle spicy smokiness built on red capsicum and cayenne chilli.

Put it on a cheese platter (goat's cheese especially), or serve it with fish, prawns, chicken or pork. It's also a more flavourful stand-in for regular sweet chilli sauce. Refrigerate after opening.
