Real grass fed Aussie beef is marinated in a chilli blend of wood-smoked Carolina Reaper and red habanero, then slow-dried in small batches, so the heat comes with proper savoury beef flavour.

Best saved for the heat seekers. Pack it for a hike, put it out with cold beers, or hand it to the mate who thinks they can handle it. Gluten free, with no artificial preservatives.
